Our Specialties

Explore the unique offerings that make Moroccan Roots stand out.

Quality

Embracing sustainable practices, we cultivate the finest olives for our premium olive oil. The mineral-rich soil in combination with the arid climate creates the perfect atmosphere for olives whose oil is high in polyphenols. Our oil is also high in antioxidants, vitamin A and oleocanthal; it’s unique composition makes it healthier, tastier and more versatile than other olive oils.

Ethical Production

Bring the essence of Morocco to your home knowing that we care deeply about the sustainable and fair farming practices. We have always been committed to ethical farming methods including hand-picking our olives, crop rotation, integrated pest management and fair wages for our workers.

Health

Delving into the vibrant flavours of Morocco isn’t just tasty - it’s healthy too! For centuries, olive oil has been a staple of the North African diet due to its remarkable health benefits including decreased risk of heart disease, boosted cognitive function and reduced inflammation. It even boosts skin health!

Traceability

From farm to bottle, we love to share exactly how our high-quality olive oil is produced. The olives are grown in the countryside of the Marrakesh-Safi region at an altitude of approximately 800m above sea level and harvested by hand in November. They are then cold-pressed using traditional methods before being bottled and transported to the UK.
